These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Vishnupriya School Management Suite and related school management software / school ERP services provided by Vishnupriya Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our products, you (“School”, “Institution”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our school ERP platform, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the School or Institution and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use the school management software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable education and data protection regulations. You are responsible for:
All student, parent, staff, and institutional data uploaded into the school ERP remains the property of the School. We process such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of ERP user accounts and passwords and for all activities that occur under those accounts. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
We aim to provide reliable, cloud-based access to the school management platform. However, we may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that can temporarily affect availability. Features may evolve over time, and we may introduce new modules or modify existing ones.
Some functionality (for example, SMS gateways, payment gateways, or GPS providers) may rely on third-party services. Any use of such integrations may be subject to the terms, pricing, and availability of those third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishnupriya Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the school ERP, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of academic operations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if the service is misused. Schools may request discontinuation of service as per the commercial agreement or contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
